Revival Ranch
Private Membership Association
We are different than most, which is why we have chosen a unique path of freedom. We are now mostly operational as Revival Ranch on Beach View Farm. The Private Membership Association (PMA) guarantees our God-given and constitutionally protected inalienable rights. To become a member you simply fill out our membership application (for free) and you get access to everything we have to offer without anyone getting in between our fields and your fork. The Application to do so is here: REVIVAL RANCH APPLICATION
Here is why we became a PMA:
**1. Strengthening Our Community Focus:**
Switching to a PMA allows us to create a more intimate and engaged community of members. As a PMA, we can facilitate closer relationships, enabling us to share knowledge, ideas, and experiences about food production more openly. Your participation will help shape our practices and products, ensuring they truly meet the needs and desires of our community.
**2. Encouraging Sustainable Practices:**
Our transition to a PMA supports our mission of promoting sustainable farming methods that regenerate our soil, protect biodiversity, and contribute to a healthier ecosystem. This new structure empowers us to prioritize our values without the constraints often imposed by conventional business frameworks. It enables us to focus on long-term ecological health over short-term profit.
**3. Enhancing Member Benefits:**
As a member of our PMA, you will enjoy exclusive benefits, including direct access to our seasonal offerings, educational workshops, and behind-the-scenes looks at our farming practices. We believe that an engaged membership will help cultivate a deeper sense of connection and shared purpose in our mission.
**4. Fostering Transparency and Trust:**
By becoming a PMA, we are committed to increasing transparency in our operations. We want you to understand where your food comes from, how it’s grown, and the positive impact it has on our world. Our members will have an active voice in our practices, allowing for open dialogue and collaboration.
5. **Limited Oversight, Freedom of Association **: Since PMAs are private organizations, they are generally not subject to the same level of governmental oversight and regulation as public businesses or nonprofits. This limited oversight allows them more freedom to operate according to their own rules without having to comply with broader regulatory frameworks. The right to freely associate is protected under various legal frameworks, including constitutional rights in many jurisdictions. PMAs leverage this right, enabling members to create a community where they can establish their own operational rules and governance structures without external interference.
**5. Adapting to Regulatory Changes:**
The agricultural landscape is continually evolving, and so are the regulations surrounding it. Transitioning to a PMA allows us greater flexibility to adapt to these changes while continuing to uphold our commitment to beyond organic and regenerative principles.
We understand that change can prompt questions, and we are here to support you throughout this transition. We invite you to join us on this exciting journey as we reimagine what community-supported agriculture can look like. It is as simple as signing a piece of paper to be a member. We don’t have membership dues and it costs you nothing to have your food freedom protected.
As always, we are deeply grateful for your support and trust in us as your farmers. Together, with this new structure, we believe we can cultivate a thriving community that champions healthy food and a sustainable future. We are going to henceforth be known as Revival Ranch, operating “The Way God Intended.”
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this transition further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are excited about what the future holds and look forward to growing together. If you would like a copy of our Charter/Bylaws or Articles of Association, please contact us.
